Jay Lemke

Jay leads all influencer and media outreach for the agency. His early work as a newspaper journalist contributes to his ability to effectively influence and inform. He’s created award-winning campaigns for a variety of national brands across a variety of cateogries, including business/investor, health care, outdoors, home and garden, food and beverage, oil and gas and non-profit.

Writing is core to Jay’s life, both in and out of the office. He co-authored the book Breaking Trail, which was a finalist for Minnesota Book of the Year.

Jay loves running and reading. And having a great time with his wife and three children.

Dory Anderson

Having always worked in agencies, Dory has spent more than 20 years creating and executing consumer and business-to-business marketing campaigns. She has strong focus on home products and other consumer packaged good brands, and has worked with brands like Maytag, Sherwin-Williams, Clorox, Andersen Windows, Noodles & Company, Dunkin’ Brands and others.

While her adult life has been working in agencies, Dory’s childhood was spent in horse barns. Her passion for horses and the outdoors carries through to her hobby farm today.
